Shipping Policy
Every Takama order is packed and dispatched with care. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and returns.
Founders Collection — Made to Order
Each Founders Collection piece is individually numbered and personalised with your name, meaning it is crafted specifically for you. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be made and dispatched. Standard delivery timescales apply from the point of dispatch.
DELIVERY RATES
UK Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Europe
EU orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Rest of World
International orders may be subject to customs clearance delays and local import duties. Takama is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your country's customs authority.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to train in gear that fits perfectly. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns window
Return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Size exchanges
Need a different size? We'll process a free exchange on your first order. Simply contact us with your order number and the size you need.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us within 90 days and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 1 working day.
TRACKING
Order Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't received this within 2 working days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us.
